Blue, Black, and White dress/tunic

Dress/tunic with two layers. Top layer is sheer and 100% polyester. Bottom layer is 97% polyester and 3% spandex. Layers a not attached to each other. Marked as a girls XL but could fit as a woman’s XS. Depending on your height, it may be better as a tunic or a dress. I can provide measurements upon request.
