Blue Bird tunic/dress

Blue Bird tunic/dress, size medium pleated polyester fabric. Has tie at waist but it does not cinch. Can be worn as a dress or tunic if you are on the taller side. Such a elegant piece that can be dressed up or down. Fancy crocheted sleeves make this dress a true charmer. Great condition. Color is hard to describe.. dusty taupe-ish. The shiny material underneath also gives the tunic a slight sheen as the top layer is see through.
