Blue Backless Maxi Dress

Forever21 blue maxi dress! It has ruching at the back to keep it tight plus an invisible zipper in the back. Straps are adjustable and so cute to wear to brunch or even a summer wedding. Good used condition and has some minor frays at the slit at the knee. This dress does need ironing and I only take it to dry cleaners . Size small
