Blue 3/4 sleeve blouse with pockets

Blue floral patterned blouse with tie up sleeves. Lightweight fabric that is slightly sheer. Generally I wore a white camisole under this blouse. Can be worn with jeans or dress it up with slacks or a skirt for a more work polish to look.
