Blue 1960s 1970s Western Style Button front Shirtdress with Plaid belt

It has not tag but other listed identical item show material as: 65% polyester, 35% cotton. Features button front bodice, a-line shape, concealed skirt pockets, purple and blue plaid trims at inside collar and breast pockets, slight puff sleeves with pleat and pleat back. Size unknown but measures 19 inches from pit to pit and 18 inches on waist. Elastic waistband no longer has any stretch to it.
