Blu pepper vintage style pink and blue dress.

Very cute, vintage looking dress with high button up collar. Navy blue and light pink with lace back. Only worn twice. It did not originally come with a belt. The one in the picture is just a nice ribbon I found that goes well with the dress. It is included.
