Blu Pepper Wrap Skirt Size M Yellow

I love this so much but I'm short and it's way too long for me! :( It's a true wrap skirt and has a sexy thigh-high slit with a ruffle that gives it great flowiness! (Also, I removed the tag as it had a perfume smell when it arrived and I HAD to wash it!) Reposhing this item I purchased from @ncharlotte16. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
