Blu Pepper Sun Dress

This sun dress by Blu Pepper is white and blue, very loose and flowy, doubly layered, would be good for a summer or spring dress. No size tag but looks like it would fit perfectly on a small to medium size woman with petite frame. No sleeves but ruffles around the arm holes. Very cute! Materials - 68% Rayon, 32% Polyester. LINING is 100% Polyester.
