Blu Pepper Maxi Skirt

Super cute to the floor on 5 ft nine ( me ) 2 slits up the front with a short skirt built in. I wear this with the Gold WHBM silk top in picture 2. I'm only offering the skirt in this listing. Size says medium but fits like small. Happy to provide measurements upon request
