Blu Pepper Flutter Sleeve Ruched Women’s Top Size M NWOT New without tags! Has never been worn! Still has the button in a bag tag on it. Purchased at a clearance boutique sale at Poppy & Dot (a local boutique similar to Bohme - they also sell this brand at Buckle) Reason for clearance is because of the black mark on the right hip. I am not sure what it is or if it will come out, if you tuck this shirt in, no one will even know! Color is a gorgeous copper/rust color (somewhere between mustard yellow and rust brown).
