Really pretty dress for warmer months from Blu Pepper! This lovely dress is done in an all over ivory with blue embroidery. It has a scoop neck and is styled as a sleeveless dress with a back keyhole button entry at neck. Fully lined. Fabric is a soft rayon. Size a small it has a 17 inch underarm to underarm measurement and is 31 inches long. Brand new, never worn, but without manufactures tags.
