farahrn @belleetbete hi there! the tag is quite faded, but it says 100% Rayon. wash with like colors. this is one of those garments that I would hang to dry or dry flat simply due to the flower embellishments. The measurements are: on my mannequin...with the tank on, it measures 16 inches from armpit to armpit measuring across her bust. 19.5 inches long measuring from the front of the tank where it dips down to the bottom seam.
