Blown Art Glass Paperweight Blue White Controlled Bubbled Canes Flower

Blue and white blown glass paperweight, unknown maker, not signed. It almost looks like a bubble in a bubble, almost like the center is it's own art and then surrounded by the rest. That's the best way I can describe it. The bottom is polished but not completely clear and it has two polished "hole" in the bottom that if my above description is correct may have been for the 2nd blowing? Just a guess on my part. The weight is approximately 2 inches tall, the top comes to a small peak. It's also approximately 2 1/2 inches wide. There are no scratches or scuffs that I see on the outside, it's nicely polished. Please inspect the photos, they are done in several kind of light.
