Bright Royal Blue. This tube top is snug on top (where it needs to be), showcasing the ruffled neckline and then blouses out to flow loosely, down to the waistline. Size Medium This blouse does have a very tine hole snagged in it, but you cannot see it when it is on, the way the shirt lays. (hole shown in additional pic)
