Blouse with Small Floral Print

This blouse is lined through the bodice but sheer around the neck and the sleeves. There is a soft ruffle that accentuates the neck and upper chest area , ruffles at the ends of the gathered sleeves. The waist band is about 2 “ wide The size is large but I feel like it fits like a medium. Worn once.
