Blouse. Black a and White NWOT

Extremely feminine blouse. Slightly sheer so may want wear dark undergarment air not. Really nice pattern and the bottom is trimmed black solid. 100% Rayon and hand washing recommended. It has a silky feel with decorations on front ( see pictures). The blouse has bust darts but hard to see.
