powellhouse @andreascott274 Hi Andrea! I actually just got home about an hour ago-so sorry. I have measured the waist of this so pretty blouse-it measures 15.5-16”-hard to get more exact because of the satin fabric and it moves!! Also, where I measured seemed to hit at the natural waistline-the seam at the ruffle that goes around the the bottom of the blouse. Btw-I just read that peplum and ruffled hems are very “in” this winter, but what I love is the shade of this piece-so warm and flattering😊
