Bloomingdales black eyelet skirt

Super cute skirt by Aqua from Bloomingdales. This skirt has an elastic waist and looks great with a shirt tucked in . Elastic waistband is 2 inches and the skirt itself is just under 16inches long. The skirt is lined in black cotton. Has only been worn a couple times and is in near perfect condition!
