Bloomingdale’s Evan - Picone white cotton dress

Worn only once for an all white party. In very pristine condition. Dry cleaned. Size 6. 100 % cotton. I’m 5’3 and the dress goes a little over my knee. Bottom of dress flares at the hips. Has been in my closet wrapped in dry cleaning plastic garment bag. Offers accepted.
