NWT BloomChic green leopard print dress, size 14-16. Dress bodice tier is too long for my torso (I’m 5’0”) and I just don’t like where the seams hit my hips. Elastic band at the high waist but the dress is not stretchy material. Has pockets and it’s a split/opened collar. The cap sleeve ruffles are very cute. I included the BloomChic sizing chart in the pics for reference.
