Bloom Bazaar Rhinestone Bridal Belt

Bloom Bazaar Bridal Belt (or Head Piece) Purchased to make headpiece, but went another direction since this piece did not match my dress. Tulle has several areas that are torn, but the jewel piece is backed, which would make it easy to remove and replace the tulle. Will include extra tulle with purchase.
