Brian Lichtenberg sample dress runway not produced

Hot pink poly blend sleeveless sample dress from Brian Lichtenberg showroom. Rooshing on one side the other side features a side zipper for easy access. Crew neck. Open back. Worn once. No damages or signs or of wear. Perfect condition. Only slight imperfection is I cut the tag off inside the dress bc it bothered the back of my neck (pictured) I often do that with all my dresses. Other than that like new condition and since it's a sample runway dress won't find anywhere. Expertly cleaned.
