happyallthetime @precious2jesus hi hun. Please remember to exfoliate the skin to help it sink in & break the dermis. Also I recommend using as a wrap. Plastic is fine. If you find it slips use an ace bandage or lose corset. Another trick at night a heating pad placed on the wrapped area. All of this should get max usage. If your expectations are not extreme cause it is just a caffeinated cream you'll find by the end it does tone. I think in the end using all methods above I lost about 3 inches in my experiment.
