Brand new with tags! I purchased two pairs and unfortunately neither size worked for me. 100% cotton, made in USA, and has a shrunken relaxed fit. These are sized 1/2/3, and this pair is a “3”. These are an oversized fit, (or a larger size could wear for a more fitted look!) and the waist fits up to approx: 18.5", bust up to: 23", inseam about 5.5".
