Blessed Are The Meek Fringe Halter Dress

This is an amazing looking dress, heavier weight with beautiful quality. It has embroidered detail on the halter top, deep zip back, fringe detail on skirt. Fits with light compression to hug your curves. Poly/spandex/nylon/rayon, fully lined. It is in good condition but there is imperfection/pull in the threading/fringe. Please see e.g. last photo - this can be snipped or re worked and is taken into consideration in price. Will also consider reasonable offer.
