Blazer with 3/4 bell sleeves

Beautifully made unique blazer w/ 3/4 bell sleeves. Some pulling as noted in the picture. I’m not sure of the brand as I bought it in a consignment shop a few years ago. Will dry clean before sending. Always receives lots of compliments:)
