Blazer by Talbots, size 10

Light blue blazer by Talbots, size 10, brushed cotton velour type fabric, fully lined. Sleeves have been hemmed by hand to be approximately 1" shorter, but stitching can be easily removed. Very good condition. I'm selling this for a friend who is only 5'2", so this may be a petite. Please see pics for measurements.
