distinctivelym @krystelhope After speaking with the post office it was verified that the new address isn’t in effect yet. It seems like the post office made a mistake because it was originally sent to Urbana, OH than rerouted to Westerville, Oh. But the post office in Westerville was trying to send it back to Urbana. I submitted a case so the post office can rectify the matter. Hopefully, it will be corrected soon.
