Blank NYC warm hearts jacket size small **read description**

This is new with tags but there is a flaw… ** two buttons missing from bottom of jacket** doesn’t affect the jackets ability to keep you warm as the top 3 buttons work well. The bottom two could be replaced if you know how to add buttons. You could leave it without if you wanted to. There is a small red dot next to the missing button. Overall very warm jacket!!
