Blank NYC Sheer Shirt Jacket

This top is one the most unique tops I have ever had. It can be worn as a shirt or a light cover up/jacket. The sleeves and sides are sheer. It has a collar, double zipper that looks cute partially or fully zipped and has a drawstring at the bottom to make it fitted. It has been worn but it is in good condition.
