Blank NYC Cropped Puffer in Slightly Obsessed

Brand new with tags **Bottom inside button is hard to unsnap. Inside piece broke off making it more difficult to open and close. I would just leave alone which doesn’t affect the look of the jacket since it’s the bottom inside. Or leave open. Please see photo.** This is such a cute jacket!
