"BLAIR High waisted dress in floral tulle, manually embroidered, lined with nude tulle and split crepe skirt Fair, this gown is an unaltered sample piece, straight from a boutique or designer. This gown either needs repairs to be made in alterations or further cleaning. All known imperfections have been photographed here.still has stains on the front of the gown - not noticible stnding back but can see up close.
