VERY RARE! This has Blairs signature 3 gros grain ribbons near the hem. Classic Blair Woolverton out of Jacksonville, Florida Gorgeous Fabric! The top is lined, the bottom is not. Pockets on each side Resting Measurements Pit to Pit: 17” Top to waist: 10.5” Top to Hem: 37.25” While I wish this dress was in perfect condition, it does have one flaw. There are 2 stains on the top front of the dress. Im not sure if they can be removed or if they blend in enough to not bother me. Please take a look at the close up photo.
