This is a rain resistant jacket with a floral lining. The jacket has 2 front slip pockets and a hood concealed in the collar. The jacket is zipped closed with snaps as well as velcro closure. It won't come open unintentionally. 65 % polyester. 30% cotton. Lining is 80% polyester and 20% cotton. Machine wash cold tumble dry low. The arm with the floral turned up is 23" and 26" when all the way down. Chest measures 27" arm pit to arm pit and is jacket is 31 1/2 " long. Comes from a smoke and pet free home.
