Black/white patterned collared dress

Loved this dress and it was a go-to for interviews with a colored cardigan! Accent zipper at front from waist to collar, but the real zipper for getting the dress on is on the left side. Measurements when laid flat: Waist: 18” Shoulder to top of waist: 16” Armpit to armpit: 22” Waist band: 1.5” Bottom of waist band to bottom hem: 20.5” No size tag when I bought it second-hand, so I guesstimated on the official size listing.
