Black/white fitted dress.. Perfect for homecoming!

This dress has one ruffly white strap and a white bust. The rest of the dresses is black and fitted and sort of cinched down the middle. So flattering... Gives curves to the straightest bodies! Worn once for about 3 hours. Excellent condition.
