Blackmilk Show Us Ya Tops Under bust PVC Dress

Brand new with tags, tried on only. So I can’t see myself ever get around to wearing this, I’ve had it for at least a couple years and it’s not doing anyone any good just sitting in my closet. I am normally a small in these dresses but the pvc is a tighter fit so I got the medium. Fits perfectly and the skirt has this awesome drape to it because the pvc and lining make it more weighty than a regular skater
