Black/gray texture dress

3/4 sleeve textured dress from New York and company. Never worn, tags attached. Purchased years ago and sat in my closet. Missing a belt to it as I see it has small belt loops at waist as shown in pic. Side zipper on left side. Would be great with black tights and booties for fall. Size M 36 in shoulder to bottom hem Waist 16 in across
