Black/gold velvety tulle dress size 14/16

Beautiful KC Parker velvet tank dress by Heartstrings in Euc. tag Size 16. The top is velvety black with black beaded stones trimming the neckline. The bottom is tulle polkadot with a gold lining. it has a stretchy waist band. This dress is so pretty, and well made. Perfect dress for lots of occasions! My pictures don't do this dress justice! Comes from a smoke free dog friendly home. Always line dried! Happy to bundle!
