Beautiful mixed black/white florals print. High-low flowy blouse. American Eagle. Great preloved condition, tassels have a little fuzz attached - not noticeable and you could pick off if it bothered you. I never noticed it 😂 approximate measurements/ underarm to underarm flat/ 20” and length in the front is/22.5”
