Probably handmade. 🎉Vintage. No indication of brand or material. Tags not cut out, just never there. Design is woven. Fully lined. Very small padding in shoulders. Piping in red. Tiny bells for buttons. One is damaged. See pic. Circa early 80s. Machine wash gentle. Low dry. Yeah.
