Black with pink hummingbird ruffled blouse

Chiffon blouse with ruffled and button front. Smocked and gathered at the waist. Hot pink hummingbord print. Sheer fabric so i needed to wear a cami to make it work appropriate. But received many compliments! Gently worn, smoke free home.
