Black with White Hearts Top Ties in the front

Pre-owned Black top with white hearts . Ties in the front . Has 3 buttons in the front so you can button them or leave unbuttoned. Material is Polyester. This top gathers and ties under the breast area which makes me wonder if this is a maternity top. I wore it a few times , it’s super cute but I think it could be possibly a maternity top.
