This is an adorable black knee length dress. It had two layer of fabulous! Would look adorable with black leggings and boots! Made in India, it’s lining is 100 percent cotton with polyester overlay. Under the bodice measures 15 in. Shoulders runs small-15 inches Cotton liner runs hips- 21 in Dress length 32 inches! You would have to be very small bones to fit in this beauty!
