Black & white polka dot & striped blouse, XL

This is a very unique ladies 100% cotton blouse with wide horizontal stripes and polka dots (black on white and white on black, very unusual design. Instead of traditional buttons, this blouse has unique metal closures. The band is Shaver Lake Casuals and is an extra large. The sleeves are kind of wide and have a slit at the bottom. The sleeves do not go all the way to the hand, but are a little shorter than the wrist.
