Black white heart polka dot tie front dress

very cute light weight dress. Gathered long sleeves and ruffles on bottom of skirt. Tie front neckline. Waistline has stretchy elastic. It looks more empire waistline on me because I have a big bust, but if yours is lower than 36 inches it should look better on you! Tag says XL (Asian sizing) but it fits more like a US medium. I’m 5’3” and it ends around my knees.
