Black & white design dress - adjustable straps

I wore this from graduation 7 years ago. I wore it to one other event after that. Regardless the sewn lines are sorta messy? Hard to word. BUT that is the only flaw persay. See last picture. A-line cut with soft sweetheart neck line. Slight stretch and very comfortable and soft :) Bust - 15.5 ish. It's padded so there is more room just hard to measure Waist - 13 Long - 27.5 down the middle (no straps) Hem - 28
