✨Black, white, and blue dress

NWOT Adorable spring/summer dress. Black and white with a thick blue stripe on bottom. I bought it last year and never wore it, it's been hanging in my closet ever since. No stains, rips, tears, etc. coming from a non smoking home.Reasonable offers accepted 😉
