Black & white abstract skirt by Mix Nouveau NY, size L

Flat front/elastic back waistband tops this flowing circular skirt. Skirt is 34” long; white lining is 26-1/2” long for complete coverage. Size L. Waist measures 16” laying flat; easily stretches to 19”. 100% polyester skirt and lining. Tag says “hand wash” but I have always machine washed it on a gentle cycle, and tumbled on delicate 3-5 minutes, then hung to dry, with no wrinkles in sight.
