What is the fabric and does it have stretch? Is it worn? Does it fit like a true medium or smaller?

@nadiasolomon it is marked as a medium but I'd say its more of a small. refer to measurements. fabric is cotton and heavy weight, it is not a summer type shirt. it has NO stretch in it. was only worn once.
